FAQ
Will my cat actually use it?
Most cats move in within a day or two — the enclosed shape is exactly what they look for. Put their favourite blanket or a worn T-shirt inside at first to help shy cats.
Does it fit a big cat?
It's made for cats and kittens of all sizes and small dogs who like to curl up.
Can I wash it?
Yes — the whole bag goes in the washing machine. Wash cold, tumble dry low and fluff the sherpa by hand.
What if my cat doesn't like it?
You have 30 days to return it. See our return policy for details.
